Only 15 minutes from the airport, it was in the middle of the city. I felt as if it were a big, international hotel chain, it's a nice transition to being in another country because it is in the United States. Everyone we talked to talked about perfect English, but they were also locals. The room is quite average and clean, with a nice view of the courtyard and pool area in the center of the hotel. We swam in the pool during the day (very clean and well kept). And the hot spring bath was located a little more private side. Something like feeling. Overall, it was a simple hotel offered for us only.
Rome Del Volcan, San Carlos

It is one of the most unique and memorable places I have stayed to date. It may seem like a sketch when you need to get out of the main road and move this gravel road a little on the slope, but then you have the right to check in the main hotel's site when you get to the ordinary road. Attentive and welcoming. It was a simple dining center indoors and outdoors. There is a wonderful buffet. From there, we had to keep going up the slope and brought the luggage to our cabin. (Unfortunately disadvantages: nobody is carrying around the resort.) Each bed with a rose pedal was lined with towels shaped like flamingos. The bathroom was very large and it was a pleasure to share with others. We have a small front porch and back porch and are open to all the beautiful surrounding nature. When we go out in the morning, a monkey rocking around the trees is just outside our hut! It is very close to Arenal Volcano and near the activity!
Condobac La Costa, Playa Hermosa

We stayed at this big resort just off the sandy beach. Since the uphill slope and the downhill are constantly running, I am doing a good job, but luckily my golf cart is traveling around. The welcome desk was very pleasant and a lot of people helped you. The room was ok but it was not worth the four star perfectly, but it was everything else I attached it to this evaluation. They have tennis courts, games room, pool area, karaoke, infinity pool, zumba lesson, salsa lesson, excellent restaurant and gift shop. Even though we are few in the hotel room, the amenity makes us very busy. There was not any problem here! I strongly recommend it.
