Capacity planning of sub events
The event organizer has access to a report tool that shows the number of people participating in each breakout session, party, etc. A target message can be sent to all delegates of a specific sub-event. For example, "Breakout A was moved to Room 101 Large Delegate List" or "Overflow Room 202 Added for Keynote B"
Profile and schedule callback API
If necessary, we provide two "callback" mechanisms to ensure that the delegate data is synchronized with the organizational system of personal data and schedule data. For example, when a delegate updates his or her profile, the change is posted back to a configurable URL and the update is reflected in the appropriate recording system. Likewise, every time an event is added or deleted on the personal schedule of a special envoy or sponsor / exhibitor, this action is posted in a configurable URL.
