Villas Marlin Cancun Condominiums
Villas Marlin is a 30 plus year old built property as a true full ownership condo complex in Cancun. They offer 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. The complex is very nice and this Cancun condo has a very good location around Km 13 and walking distance to La Isla Mall and Plaza Kukulcan.
Villa number 2, 3, and 4 are are villas and villa series 1 through 4, with 1 being close to the beach and offers. Views villas and an 8 story tower. This Cancun condo has 4 rows of villas and an 8 story tower. It is a low cost budget Cancun condo and not recommended for families. There is a wall unit air conditioners vs. central air conditioning. Most units are outdated but of payment. The beach is pretty much non existent in of these Cancun condo rentals as there are a lot of rocks and almost zero beach and it is difficult to swim here as it is very dangerous with all the rocks. The unit is located at Km 9 and right next to the "party zone" so expect to hear loud noise from the night clubs.
